Apr. 26...2004 and time once again to let you all know what's happening with the sealion.

Summer is fast approaching (up in the northern half anyway), and I'm soon off for a 6 month tour...leaving June 10, for 3 weeks in Ontario, Canada. I'll be in the Toronto area for about one week of that, and up north in Sudbury, North Bay and Timmins areas for another 2 weeks. Then it's off from Toronto on June 28 to Vienna, Austria, where I'll try to catch my breath for a few days (in reality, it's unsuccessful attempts at jet-lag recovery), and then July 2, I'll be taking the train into Romania, where I'll be until end of Sept. (3 months). I'll be moving around as usual, to different parts of the country, but in addition to what I normally do there, I'm going to be recording in Cluj this July...probly a simplified C.D. of pretty much un-plugged songs. It's a bit of an experiment, but feel God's leading and initiating this idea, and I hope and pray it is also a blessing to Romania. I'm starting to feel a bit more comfortable writing some Romanian tunes...just a few tho. I think I'll also make the C.D. available back home and everywhere else, depending on the end result. I'm planning on mastering it back in Canada. There is also the Black Sea festival which I plan to attend this year.

After Romania, I move on to Austria for 2 weeks of ministry there, some venues in pubs and taverns again, and some in churches. Oct. 12 approx., I will travel to Germany for another 5-6 weeks of touring, possibly with a few events in Holland also. Nov. 24, it's back to Toronto for 5 days and then home to the west coast Nov. 29.

As for catching you up on the last 4-5 months....well, I have a new C.D. out since Mar. 27...but if you saw the home page, you probly knew that. Been busy sending it out and getting it to radio stations too. Also, and God is so good, I recorded a 'Christmas' C.D. earlier this year, of almost all original songs, and tho it won't be released til later in the year..it is almost ready now, as I have to prepare it all now before I leave in June. It's been a long-time dream to do this type of C.D. and I feel there's a real warmth and intimate feel to the album, so I am very thankful to add this C.D. to my others.

So tho the time's been quite busy, I feel it's been well spent and look forward the rest of the year of concerts and ministry events(and the Romanian recording).

God is stirring my heart afresh with desire and longing for the real treasures that are found in Him...presssing on toward the prize...
